3.2 Submission Format

4. Our Process

4.1 Receipt of Notification

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, we will:

• Review the notification for completeness and validity
• Identify the allegedly infringing content
• Remove or disable access to the content
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Provide the user with information about submitting a counter-notification

4.2 Receipt of Counter-Notification

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:

• Review the counter-notification for completeness and validity
• Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
• Restore the content within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice of legal action
• Notify both parties of our actions

4.3 Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

5. False Claims

Please note that submitting a false DMCA notification or counter-notification may result in legal consequences, including liability for damages and attorney's fees.
