5. Content Submission and Ownership

5.4 Content Deletion

When you delete raw data files or guides from our platform, we implement a soft deletion process. This means that while the content is removed from public view and is no longer accessible through normal means, it may be retained in our systems for a period of time for purposes including but not limited to:

  • Data recovery and restoration if requested
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Dispute resolution
  • System backups and maintenance

Soft-deleted content is permanently removed from our active systems after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal requirements and our data retention policies.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DBM Network and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to your original content. However, by submitting content, you grant other users the right to use your content in accordance with our platform's functionality.

6.3 Third-Party Content

Our platform may contain content from third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content and do not endorse or verify its accuracy.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Your raw data files and guides will be soft-deleted, meaning they will be removed from public access but may be retained in our systems for a period of time as described in Section 5.4. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DBM Network operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
